2012-2013 International Tour - Ken Richters as Mark Twain

Performance Tour details coming soon!
"Not So Innocently Abroad"

NOT SO INNOCENTLY ABROAD (OFFICIAL STATE DEPARTMENT GOODWILL TOUR, OR SINISTER GOVERNMENT PLOT TO DISAPPEAR ME?) is scheduled to be released early Spring 2012 by Exposition House Press.
The book is based on Ken Richters' U.S. State Department tour of Russia and Ukraine as Mark Twain, with performance stops in Moscow, Kiev, Odessa, Simferopol, Sevastopol, and the historic Livadia Palace in Yalta. Highlights include a diplomatic incident involving the Russian Fleet; self-medicating in an attempt to cure an undiagnosed case of the Crimean Croup; and how by, unknowingly, making the same observation about Ukrainian women that garnered Vice President Joe Biden condemnation and the scorn of social-media outlets, transformed Richters and Twain into the media darlings of Eastern Europe.
"OFFICIAL FEDERAL NOTICE: This book was written to chronicle Ken Richters' U.S. State Department performance tour of Russia and Ukraine as Mark Twain. Since the end of his month-long tour, it has become apparent the actor is most likely a troubled man -- what mental-health professionals refer to as being just not right. For that reason, the United States Government accepts no responsibility for any representations contained herein. Although the narrative is said to be based on actual events, the author's perception of those events is questionable, and specific details have not been and, mostly, cannot be independently verified. The Government of the United States does not endorse the book, and does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, completeness, or truthfulness of the events recounted."
